English, and the statement behind it
American filings are read in English, and a foreign-language page is expected to arrive with an English version attached. A certified translation into English in Reading does that, and the certification statement is what makes it usable. The source page is not replaced; it stays in the bundle so the two can be read against each other.
One certificate, one document
Where a bundle carries several foreign-language records, the certification is attached to the document it covers rather than floating loose at the front. That saves a reviewer from guessing which statement belongs to which page, and it is the sort of small friction that otherwise turns into a request for more paperwork later.
Rate and turnaround
Pricing is about £25 for each page of the source, counted from your own scan, so the total is known before the work starts. Standard turnaround is 2-3 business days; express work lands within 24 hours. The signed statement is identical either way, so speed changes only your place in the queue.
Keep the paper record at home
Never put an irreplaceable certificate in the mail for a translation job. A clear scan carries everything the translator needs, and the certification refers to that copy. Where a fresh paper record is wanted too, Reading Register Office at Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading RG1 2LU issues certified copies of birth, marriage and death records.
