Your own file is the record
Hungarian is the language required for documents used in Hungary, and once the set arrives the job is finished from our side. What remains is yours to keep. A translated bundle with no trace of the source it was made from is hard to use a year later, because nobody can tell which version of the paper it corresponds to without the original image in front of them.
Save the image you actually sent
Re-scanning the same certificate later is not the same thing. Paper picks up folds, ink fades and a second image can differ in ways that matter when two people are comparing sheets. The file that was worked from is the one worth keeping, and it should sit in the same folder as the pages that came back rather than somewhere in a mailbox.
When a fresh source is needed
A reissued or corrected document makes the old bundle a record of something you are no longer using. Where the paper is a birth, marriage or death record, Manchester Register Office at Heron House, 47 Lloyd Street, Manchester M2 5LE issues fresh certified copies of civil records, and a new copy simply starts a new file rather than replacing the old one.
The count and the clock
Charging follows pages at £25 each, so the sheet count you noted is also the number that reproduces the quote. Standard turnaround is 2–4 business days from a legible scan, and the express route closes in 24–48 hours. Recording both at the time turns a later request into a short message instead of an afternoon spent reconstructing what was sent.
